• Write personalized cover letters following UMA standards.

• Optimize Upwork profiles regularly.

• Handle client communication professionally.

• Schedule discovery calls.

• Follow up with prospects.

• Maintain proposal and lead records.

• Coordinate with the technical team.

• Stay updated with Upwork policies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of Upwork BD experience.

• Experience with Software Development and AI profiles.

• Strong written English.

• Excellent research skills.

• Proposal writing expertise.

• Profile optimization.

• Understanding of client psychology.
