About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain practical experience in software testing, bug identification, and quality assurance processes while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the QA team in testing web and software applications.
• Execute manual test cases and document test results.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs and issues clearly.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing under guidance.
• Verify that developed features meet the required specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases and reported issues.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve identified issues.
• Participate in testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously learn and improve knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC and bug life cycle is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar testing tools is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional software development environment.
